I can’t even pretend to wear anything besides camel, white, and black at this point. Whoops!!! Anything else just doesn’t seem to work for me in the dead of winter. Even though it’s a neutral, I’m definitely considering camel a pop of color for me!
Paravel sent me this little crossbody. I actually was eyeing it last summer. Not sure if it’s totally appropriate for the winter, but I felt like making it work because it’s just so cute. Even though it looks insanely tiny, the canister fits quite a bit inside. I wore it to Target the other week and fit my wallet, phone, AND a rolled up canvas bag (in lieu of using a plastic bag).
Have I worn these on the blog yet?? They’re the shoes I bought while I was in Paris! I am totally in love with them and just wish it wasn’t so cold right now so I could wear them more often.
Coat (more sizes on eBay, and this is similar) // Sweater // Ruffle Shirt // Jeans // Crossbody (c/o) // Similar Flats
What I love about neutrals is that they’re versatile and classic, so they match with anything! So I think your crossbody can go with anything 😀 Speaking of, I looove your crossbody! The shape is so classic, and I love the colours and textures. -Audrey | Brunch at Audrey’s
I love this outfit! I’m definitely a fan of camel and black as well because it just works! Who doesn’t like an effortless combo that makes getting ready so much easier? Also, that bag is so cute and I’m glad to hear that it’s also spacious.

I love your shoes! I had a feeling, when I saw your IG post, that you maybe picked up a pair. They look darling on you!
Speaking of neutrals and colors that work on you…I just “had my colors done” the other day and found out that black is *not* a color I should wear! Color me surprised! The good news is that navy still works 😉
Keep up the great content!
Hey Carly! I’m always so curious – would you mind showing us what wallet you use when you switch to your smaller crossbodies and clutches? I keep buying the same big wallets over and over, and can’t find a good card case I like that fits the essentials!
I love your outfit Carly! I’m always springing for neutrals in my closet, and camel and black are my favourite to pair!
Happy Tuesday!

I love this combo- I cant stop wearing it either. I am also dying to get the jeans you have on here- I have to get the courage to spend the $$ on myself since these days I am buying new clothes for both my growing boys non stop! Do you find they run true to size? I’m usually a 4 in J.Crew/Madewell (but maybe a 6 if its a super skinny/non-stretch cut). Thank you!!
Absolutely love that ruffle shirt! Saw you wearing it on Stories and knew it would be from Sezane! x

I have been wondering about wearing that type fabric on a bag. Is that a thing? My upbringing makes me feel like I need to wait for Easter, but people wear super white pants after Labor Day. Do these rules hold true with the truly tasteful set? I am getting a bag with the same fabrication in February for my birthday, and I’m dying to wear it.
I love this outfit and those shoes are swoon-worthy!
I’ve been considering Chanel ballet flats for a while. Are they comfortable? Did they require a lot (any) breaking in? How do you feel they compare to other pricey flats (e.g., AGL, Ferragammo) as far as comfort? Thanks for any insight!
