A Cardigan for Home

I’m still solidly in sweater season even though I’ve switched my winter clothes over to warm weather… sweaters are still a large part of my wardrobe. Especially being at home? Sweaters are like security blankets. Cozy and comfortable, but not, like, a sweatshirt.

These photos are from February (!?) but I thought I’d still post them because it’s a simple enough outfit. Probably would go barefoot nowadays and skip the hair curling and definitely no foundation, but ya know. The books can stay though, of course. Anyway just going to keep it pretty straightforward in the post and just share the photos.

Help. I’ve been influenced. You’re looking so pretty and cool and now I want that hairstyle and that entire outfit.

Love this. I tend to opt for sweaters at home when I am on work Zoom calls and still need to look professional. I had started putting away all of my winter clothes too. I live in Texas and it has been warm for a while, but then today it dropped to 40°!

Hi!! I have the same tile in our guest bath and I’ve been struggling to find matching artwork. Love the one you have on your wall! Who is the artist/where can I find it? Thanks- from a fellow Tampa girl!

Hi Carly, This cardigan is sooo cute. Just what I’ve been looking for. But I learned that Everlane union-busted their customer experience team even though they brand themselves as an ethical company. Are there any similar alternatives for this cute cardi?

Shame on the Everlane workers for trying to unionize!! I’m glad they got laid off. There are plenty of people who are willing to work for an honest wage and not extort their employer! I support Everlane now more than ever!!

I love how you present the things you like. If I had the money I’d definately do some serious shopping now.

Thank you for the inspiration.
