JONES ROAD BEAUTY

I’m really excited to have an ongoing partnership with Jones Road Beauty this quarter. I’ve been working to get more work in the beauty vertical– as I’ve been exploring and expanding my beauty regimen. I was already familiar with a few of the Jones Road product line. The shimmer face oil in cool rose has been a staple in my everyday makeup for a couple of years now… it’s like my secret weapon for a subtle glow. (You can really see it at work here!)

As part of the kickoff to the partnership the JR team invited me to come visit the flagship store in Montclair, NJ. Wow, it was such a treat!!! One of the makeup artists walked me through more of the products and helped me figure out my shades and I left fully stocked up on faves and new faves.

I’m a pretty low maintenance girl when it comes to makeup… I even did my own makeup for my wedding. It’s not that I’m not interested in makeup– I am. I just like feeling like myself still! I also don’t like spending too much time on my makeup. Five minutes tops.

When I shared that I visited the store, I had a lot of questions about the products she used on me. It’s been so fun to practice at home and mix in JR with other products I love, too. But this post is dedicated to the Jones Road products I am now working into my routine.

Wait. You didn’t tell us anything about the product, just what they gave you. I need a review of the Magic Balm!

I second this!! I bought the bronze miracle balm when it first launched and it felt heavy and greasy. I need to know why people rave about it and how to actually use it properly! My hair kept getting stuck to my face lol
