ON MY RADAR 3.28.25

Wooooow. I feel like we survived winter. Spring is here. After truly a rough start to 2025, I’m considering April 1 a fresh start. (That’s no joke 😉.) A fresh quarter, a new month. I sat down and wrote down business goals for the rest of the year– something I hadn’t had a chance to do in January. I’m just feeling motivated and reenergized.

Here’s what has been on my radar this week:

ONE // Bow Blouse

This blouse immediately caught my eye! I love nothing more than a crisp white button down and this one has the cutest feminine details. The oversized collar trend is one of my favorites and, of course, you already know I can’t resist the bows!

TWO // Adolescence

Adolescence on Netflix is such a powerful show. I binged it in one weekend and while it was difficult to watch (especially as a mom with two young boys), it was phenomenal. I couldn’t figure out what one thing to link to here, but overall just saying you should watch it immediately if you haven’t already. I had been hearing so much buzz about it online and it lived up to the hype and then some. Each of the four episodes are filmed in one take. I couldn’t believe it (at one point the camera pans up like a drone!) and then I watched behind the scenes of how they did it on TikTok and I was blown away even more.

THREE // London Candle

Hotel Lobby Candles are so good and their latest release, London, is the best scent yet! So clean and fresh. I kept the candle at home and brought the diffuser to my office. I can’t get over just how good it smells.

FOUR // “Spring Awakening”

This personal essay on NY Times spoke to me. I felt so seen and the author put into words just how I feel learning mahjong myself. Even if you’re not learning mahjong, the sentiment will still ring true. Learning something new is hard, but rewarding and worth it.

FIVE // Modern Motherhood

My friend Riley’s book Modern Motherhood is now available! I am so proud of her. I love the whole concept of the book and all of the artwork is so special and so “Riley.” This would make a perfect Mother’s Day gift, so file it away as an idea…. Also one of the paintings in it is inspired by a photo of Jack and me! I just sent it to the framers and can’t wait to see what it looks like!!

Hi Carly! Can you remind me of the artist who made the framed piece in the main photo here? Thank you!
