It’s looking like a gorgeous weekend coming up. I know my boys are eager for a ton of time outside, so we’ll probably be hitting up every playground. I think this might be the weekend we dust off the ole water table too– Rory hasn’t experienced it yet and I think he’s going to lose his mind!! (PS If you don’t already have a cute cover for yours, I highly recommend!)
I made this little jacket for my friend’s daughter! After seeing this carrot fabric online, I knew I needed it asap and thought a sweet little coat was the perfect thing to make!
Here’s what is on my radar:
ONE // Lake Pajamas Seersucker
I almost wish I hadn’t tried the seersucker pajamas from Lake Pajamas because now there’s no going back. I’m obsessed. Especially for warm nights, they’re so comfortable and lightweight. I love how crisp yet soft they feel. I really do have a pajama problem. Every night though I find myself reaching for my seersucker set! I want to try a short set or maybe the nightgown…
TWO // 12 Things You Should Know In Your 20s
I just started following Kenzie recently and I love her content. We have so many of the same hobbies so she’s a fun follow! She just did a podcast swap with What We Said (one of my favorites) and the episode covered advice for people in their 20s. I was nodding my head the whole time and while I’m halfway through my thirties (!!!) I found it inspiring for anyone!
THREE // Solly Baby x Riley Sheehey
My friend Riley just did a collaboration with Solly Baby. I loved using the Solly Baby wraps when Jack was an infant– I miss that stage so much!!– and I’m loving that they tapped Riley for another collaboration. This would be a great gift for a new mom! And her print is just darling with all the birth month flowers. So. Sweet.
FOUR // Rolling With Their Babies
Wow! I loved reading this article in the NY Times about The Brooklyn Stroll Club. A club for dads to get together and walk to meet other dads… all while pushing their kids. There are so many meetups and groups for moms and opportunities for that, but definitely fewer opportunities for men. I just love to see it. It’s good for everyone. The dads. The kids. (And the moms who get an hour or two alone too 😉.)
FIVE // Wicker Bucket Bag
J. McLaughlin always has great wicker bags every year. I have a couple myself and they are some of the bags I reach for the most over the summer. This one is super cute. The lining inside, the silhouette, and the little zipper all the way around.
So many fun things in today’s post! Have a great weekend!
