The best time of year…. it’s tartan season! My tartan choices this year are a bit limited between my bump and just wanting/needing to be comfortable all the time. I refuse to let it hold me back from experiencing a little bit of my favorite fabric. (And when in doubt, there’s always a tartan bow or headband to compliment a comfy outfit.)
Tuckernuck can do no wrong, in my opinion. Especially when it comes to festive finds, they always nail classic vibes with a modern twist. I’m pushing the boundaries a little bit here with this dress and top (I sized up two sizes– but my bump is on the bigger size), but it’s doable!
The best part to me is mixing the silver accessories with the tartan! I’m in love!!!

These shoes are supremely comfortable, right out of the box. Shoes have been an issue lately for me because of a swollen foot situation. It’s making wearing shoes a challenge so wearing cute shoes is the least of my concerns. I’m really excited to have some flat shoes that will work with holiday outfits. I think they look great with a dress and will also work with jeans and a simple top.
