Last week was just all over the place. So much going on– good, hard, everything in between.
LAST WEEK’S WIN: I really am in a good socializing groove. My friends and I are meeting every week to play mahjong and my tap classes are in full swing (I’ve been trying to practice as much as possible at home too!) and then I went out for dinner and drinks with friends, too. It’s so unlike me because I really am such a homebody, but after a long couple of years, I’m actually in the mood to go out and it’s not draining me in the slightest. Feels so good!
THIS WEEK’S GOAL: I hope this doesn’t sound lame, but I want to do little things for the boys to make the springtime feel a little more magical. Jack is at the age where he gets excited about “holiday” related things and I know I want to do more fun, special things just to mix up our everyday routine. Right now I want to just do a little more decorating for spring– adding touches of spring with bunnies, eggs, etc around our home.

Your desire to make magic for your children isn’t lame – it’s literally magical. I’m 32, with my own children, and my parents both still make the effort to bring light to my life … I am so grateful. Your sons will notice and remember!
That yellow sweater is everything!
