Thank you Nordstrom for sponsoring this post!
The first time I posted about this jacket, I was wearing it in a super casual, outdoorsy way. One of the best features of this Barbour, however, is that when buttoned up, it has a very city feel. I love my boxy and relaxed Barbours, but I really love that I can wear this one around the city and look a bit more metropolitan.
It’s also very warm. The inside is quilted so it’s extra cozy when zipped up. (A bonus that I know I’ll be thankful for in the next few months.)

a little bit of life, a little bit of style, and everything in between.
I have been dying for a Barbour coat – love the slim fit of this one! You look great!!

Oh gosh you look so warm! I had a swim meet today and it was RAINING, which shouldn't matter because our pool is indoors, but we needed to walk to the dining hall and have a team brunch before the meet and I was wearing flip-flips (I don't like carrying around extra shoes) and a flimsy little track jacket. Anyways, I love how versatile this coat is! You could throw it on top of anything and look great! (except for a wet swim suit perhaps haha) -Audrey | Brunch at Audrey's
Is the coat fleece lined or is it a more lightweight style?
Also love the cute little scalloped edge on the socks.

Beautiful, Carly!
Each entry you post with your Barbour coats just inch me closer and closer to making the leap to get one! I particularly love this urban look- perfect for the tail-end of fall weather! You look fantastic!
Thanks for sharing! 🙂
I really like that coat and you are right it does have a more chic look about it than the traditional Barbour coat!

I'm so bad at doing tall boots with dresses. You make it so cute though!

It is funny because I've included the exact same scarf in my last week's shopping inspiration post: http://stylesprinter.com/friday-five-cozy-autumn-scarves/
Now, when I see how cute the scarves looks in real life, I will definitely purchase it. Thank you for the great post!
How on earth do you get your hair to look so cute pulled back?!
Loving the scarf!

That jacket can totally be classed up! You've styled it so well. I really like the sweater dress (?) that's peeping out from under it.
