BEST BLANKETS

The temperatures are dropping more and more, and our family has been spending a lot of time cozied up under blankets. Especially me, who can’t seem to rest enough these days! I consider myself a bit of a blanket connoisseur, and since I’ve been spending so much of my life snuggled under them recently, I thought it’d be nice to do a roundup of the best blankets.

It wouldn’t be right if I didn’t start things off with ChappyWrap! They have the BEST throw blankets, which we have scattered around the house. This is one of their new designs and I think the quilt pattern is such a fun and cozy touch. Mark & Graham has been a go-to for close to a decade now and the destination for monogramming and gifts. This throw blanket is super chic and would make such a great housewarming or Christmas gift. I can’t think of a blanket more iconic than a Pendleton. The weight of the wool makes it one of the best blankets for winter.

My mom has made a ton of quilts (including this one Jack!) and I just adore the traditional look of this one from L.L.Bean. The quality is of course top notch. This quilt reminds me SO much of a favorite I bought years ago that’s unfortunately unbranded – lightweight and perfectly fluffy. Weighted blankets aren’t usually that attractive, but I think this one is as good as it gets.

Pottery Barn sent me this blanket years ago (2017?) and I can tell you it’s one of their best sellers for a reason. It’s one of the softest blankets ever. Although our Serena & Lily quilt is no longer in our bedroom, I still love it because it’s it’s the best of both worlds: thin but substantial and of course so pretty.
