I’m not exactly feeling my best physically at the moment and so when I find something that I feel great in, I want to shout it from the rooftops. I keep reaching for this sweater dress when I need to dress up a little bit or whenever I need a little mood boost or whenever I just don’t know what to wear. I even wore it on Halloween to take Jack trick or treating– it’s that comfortable.
With holiday events lining up, I am so glad I have this dress in my closet. It’s so easy to lean into different holiday styles with a simple LBD. I think this would be so good with a tartan bow and red shoes for something a little festive, or with silver accessories for more of a statement on New Year’s Eve, or dressed more elegantly with cream accents like I did here. I can’t recommend this dress enough, clearly!

I also just need to point out that J. Crew’s selection of evening handbags right now is next level good. They have so many styles– each one better than the next. How stunning is this oversized bow handle bag? It makes a statement on its own, especially when paired with a simple LBD. (I also think it would dress up a pair of jeans and a fancy blouse.)
