Hello book lovers and friends of book lovers. I like to joke that books are my love language but I don’t think it’s actually a joke! The smell of a bookstore? The excitement over having a full stack of books to read on your nightstand. The pang of finishing a book and having to say goodbye to characters who feel like friends. It’s a whole experience.
I love giving books at Christmas. Well I guess I mean I love giving books for all sorts of occasions– including “just because.” Books are pretty personal though and you really have to know the recipient. I’ve been known to stalk my friends’ Goodreads accounts to see what they’ve read and what they want to read.

I’ve been reading way more than normal (partially because some friends and I started a virtual book club)! I really love reading on my kindle at night because it allows me to get extra comfy. This year I asked for a cover for my kindle!
