ON MY RADAR 12.1.23

Happy December! Our tree is up, I saw the big Rockefeller Tree, all of our Christmas candles have been lit, and the Polar Express soundtrack has been playing on repeat in our house and car. We are excited for this holiday season.

I also just quickly want to tell you thank you for shopping all of my gift guides during Cyber Week– it was the best Cyber Week to date and hearing how helpful the gift guides were made my week. They’re fun to put together and I know there are a million and a half gift guides to choose from, so I want you to know how much I appreciate your support (and encouragement!).

ONE // NY Times’ 100 Notable Books of 2023

I’ve been on the hunt for good books left and right so I will 100% be referring to this list as I build out my to be read pile. I’m hoping to squeeze in a day or two of reading before the end of the year when I get a little time off….

TWO // Classic Barbie American Girl

What!! A classic Barbie American Girl doll?! This is such a cool collector’s item. It makes sense now that Mattel owns American Girl but it’s still so crazy to see the two iconic doll brands collaborate. I sent this to a handful of my friends who collect Barbies and everyone was freaking out!!

THREE // Soft, Buttery Homemade Caramels

I looooooooove a caramel, especially a homemade one. It seems kind of intimidating though. I saw this recipe on TikTok and it made it seem a little more doable. I love the idea of making a few batches and gifting them in old fashioned tins to neighbors. (TBD on if I get the energy to do so….. but I like the idea!)

FOUR // Sesame Street Holiday PJs

How many holiday pajamas are too many holiday pajamas? Asking for a friend. Jack is so into Christmas and he’s been loving his different Christmas pajama choices every night 😉 I got a targeted Facebook ad for these Sesame Street pajamas and I think he would love them. They feature all the iconic Sesame Street characters dressed up as nutcrackers. Absolutely adorable (and, might I add, perfectly gender neutral 🙏🏻).

FIVE // Oversized Sweatshirt

If you’re on the hunt for the perfect oversized sweatshirt, look no further. I ordered this on a whim because the price seemed too good to be true…. this sweatshirt is amazing. Cozy but not too bulky. Oversized but not frumpy. It’s great if you have a bump too– it is long enough for coverage in the front and back.
