Coming in a day early because I have a sponsored post scheduled for tomorrow! Nothing too crazy happened around here. We’re celebrating Taylor’s birthday tomorrow and having neighbors over Saturday and then I’m going into the city Sunday for a New York Philharmonic concert so it should be an extra fun couple of days.

ONE // Pizza Latkes
One of my favorite food bloggers Molly Yeh just published a recipe for pizza latkes. They look delicious and seem like a Hanukah bagel bite. Yum, yum, yum.
TWO // Kindergarten Class Invited to Adoption Hearing
Talk about a heartwarming story! A five-year-old invited his entire kindergarten class to his adoption hearing because “he wanted his whole family there.” My heart grew three sizes after reading about this… what a special thing for him and his classmates. I’m sure it’s something they’ll remember forever!!
THREE // Breville Espresso Machine 50% Off
So… my espresso machine is now 50% off!! I can’t believe they brought the price down even more. Now is FOR SURE the time to hop to it if you’ve been wanting one. I can’t begin to tell you how much joy it sparks every afternoon when I can brew a quick double shot. Mike and I both love the whole process!!

Modern Mrs. Darcy (a great book blogger!) polled her readers for recommendations for festive holiday fiction! She breaks the books down into categories and, honestly, I want to just sit inside and read, like, every one of them!! Definitely a list to bookmark for your next trip to a bookstore.
FIVE // A Go-To Tote is Available Again
One of my favorite cognac totes is available again. I carry this frequently, though I stopped featuring it on my blog because it wasn’t available online anymore. It is SO GOOD. I love the color and shape so, so much. I use it as an everyday tote and I also bring it with me on trips a lot because it’s a great carryon. Here it is in action.
