ON MY RADAR 8.18.23

I had a fairly productive week, which felt amazing. I had absolutely been letting certain balls drop from a mixture of travel, exhaustion, and overwhelm. It felt good to get things done. This weekend should be nice and low-key, too. My favorite kind of summer weekend!

Dress (on sale!) // Sunglasses // Phone Crossbody

Here’s what’s been on my radar this week:

ONE // Pinch Provisions Pickleball Kit

Pinch Provisions kits have been a favorite of mine for years. They make some of the BEST gifts and they have expanded their product lines to include so many fun emergency kits you may need in a “pinch.” This pickleball kit is hysterically cute.

TWO // Beginner Quilting Academy

After mentioning my desire to try my hand at quilting, a few people recommended this beginner quilting academy. Enrollment is currently closed, but I signed up for updates! (And when you sign up a beginner guide PDF is emailed to you!) I’m feeling a little intimidated overall, so looking forward to learning more.

THREE // Embroidered Sweatshirts

I can’t get over these adorable embroidered sweatshirts for kids. I love the different designs and emblems, especially the tennis rackets. (Jack is in a huge paddle/racket phase– he is obsessed.) This brand has so many cute PJs for kids too. We have a few styles for Jack, including these pickleball PJs, which he looooooves.

FOUR // Waffle Canapés

Well, these are genius and look absolutely delicious. Smoked salmon and cream cheese waffle canapés?!?! COUNT ME IN. I love this entire flavor profile. (Honestly, I just kind of want to make a waffle and load it up like a bagel now 🤣)

FIVE // Raffia Table Lamp

While hunting for a new desk lamp, I stumbled on hidden gem for gorgeous and on-trend table lamps! This raffia one is so, so cute. I’m thinking of adding them to our guest room…. originally I wanted to do sconces, but these might inspire me to switch gears!

I’m so glad you mentioned that course! I’ve been intimidated by my sewing machine since when I tried to use it, I broke part of the bobbin and got it repaired but haven’t tried to use it. This was a great reminder that beginner sewing classes exist and I’ve signed up to take one at our local sewing shop’
