Last year, Mike and I made a couple of updates to our backyard. We knew we were going to be spending a lot of time back there (and felt especially grateful to have the green space to enjoy). Our backyard is teeny tiny, but we make the most of it and it’s served us well.
But still… It is funny how priorities change. When we bought our house, we knew it was going to be a house we lived in for four or five years– I always thought we’d want more indoor space (bedroom, playroom, basement) for future kids… and now, because of the pandemic, we are dreaming of more land. For now it is still great for us and it will always feel special to us since we got engaged and married back there!!!
Even though I feel like we’re pretty good on things for our backyard, our mail has been filled with catalogs with outdoor furniture… It’s getting me SO excited for this summer!!!!
