This whole fashion week thing is bittersweet. Bitter being crowds and seriously hurting feet. Sweet being lots of old friends and new friends in the same place!
I’d absolutely suffer through the sore feet for the friends part. Today Mackenzie and I went to one of the shows at Lincoln Center, met up with a bunch of fun friends, and had brunch at Sarabeth’s. (Which has the best French toast.)
Seeing what everyone is wearing to the shows is seriously just as entertaining as the actual designers’ collections. You see it all at Lincoln Center.
The weather has been surprisingly amazing this week. Remember last February when there was a blizzard?! It’s quintessentially late summer weather. I think the city is showing off for everyone.
My Kate Spade Bow Ring is one of my favorite things.
I never know what to wear to fashion shows… so I tend to just go on the simple side of things.
I’ve been wearing this white shirt with everything. Skirts, jeans, under dresses, shorts. Everything. Oh and I have permanently borrowed my mom’s Louis Vuitton Speedy. Don’t tell my sister. I’m supposed to send it back to her, but I’m refusing.
