I’m actually leaving for Tampa on Sunday (with Teddy in tow) for a long week in the sunshine state. My family has a super laid back Thanksgiving typically– although this year my mom and I have been scheming to take the decor up a notch. (Really excited about this!)
If you’re looking for some Thanksgiving outfit inspiration, here are my suggestions:
Of course, pajamas aren’t what you’d typically think when you picture a Thanksgiving outfit. But watching the parade is one of the best parts of the day! Because we’re not going anywhere either, I prefer to lounge around while I help my mom get ready. (What’s better than baking and cooking in something comfy?!)
We tend to have casual dinners but it’s still fun to get dressed up… and still feel comfortable but put together. Swap jeans for black pants for an elevated look or wear your coziest sweater with a festive skirt!
After dinner, we always end up making a fire in our fire pit and roasting marshmallows for s’mores. It tends to be too warm in Florida for a vest, so this is personally wishful thinking on my end 😉
