CARLY WEEK OF OUTFITS 2.25.25

Happy Tuesday! After a tough stretch, I feel like we’ve been cruising downhill a little bit. I don’t even want to say it out loud of fear of jinxing it. So let’s just pretend like I didn’t say what I just said. 🤪 We have had some sunnier, slightly warmer weather though and that’s been giving everyone a pep in their step. It’s one of my favorite things about our town– everyone was beeping and bopping around this weekend enjoying the weather. Town was packed, so many dogs walking down the neighborhood sidewalks, etc. Love it!

LAST WEEK’S WIN: Mike encouraged me to go to a hotel for a night away. It was so needed. One full, totally uninterrupted night of sleep was just what the doctor ordered. We don’t have a television in our room (not because I’m against it– we just literally don’t have the wall space) and I was thrilled to lay down in bed with needlepoint and cable. Felt like a real vacation! Then Mike and the boys met me the next morning for breakfast in the hotel and swimming in the indoor pool before check out. It was PERFECT.

THIS WEEK’S GOAL: I want to try to get a group of friends together to play mahjong. Somehow. We’ll see if I can get it off the ground. I’ve been playing virtually with my friend (or alone with bots), but I’m looking forward to playing in person again!
