We had a beautiful week, but it was a little cooler. I thought I looked at the weather and it was going to be in the 70s… but it decidedly wasn’t. BUT, listen, the leaves are coming out on the trees so I can forgive mother nature 😉
LAST WEEK’S WIN: We had one of the best weekends we’ve had in a while! No real plans. It was sunny. Jack napped well and slept well and everyone was happy. Jack and I sat outside for over an hour with our bubble machine going. The dogs were running around and bubbles were everywhere. I felt so at peace!
THIS WEEK’S GOAL: Biggest goal… I want to focus on DATES. I’m going to take myself out on a date, going out with Mike for a date night, and squeezing in a mama/baby date, too. Ultimate goal would be to have a friend date in there too.
TUESDAY
Swim lessons with Jack, shooting campaigns at home, and a fun meeting for an upcoming product collaboration.
WEDNESDAY
Spent the day working and running a few errands.
THURSDAY
I know I look terrible– but I took a very long walk with Jack to run an errand instead of driving and Jack fell asleep so I got to go to a cafe and enjoy a cup of coffee while reading!!!
Sweatshirt (under $20)
FRIDAY
Worked out in the morning, went for a long walk with my friend, and we sat outside for most of the afternoon.
SATURDAY
We went over to Mike’s sister’s house for a cousin-hang and bagels.
SUNDAY
More long walks and a little breakfast date with Jack.
MONDAY
Gymnastics with Jack in the morning and then errands and working from home. Kept it casual!
Sweatshirt (under $20)
Such cute outfits you put together! I’m loving the tennis skirt!

I love your focus of dates in such a variety of ways! Great idea!
ALL of these looks feel so inspired by the current “coastal grandmother” trend (and your previous CG post.) I LOVE them! Casual, comfortable, but chic and airy. Props to you, Carly. You’re making me want to get a *little* more put together for my WFH days 🙂
Fun to see your picture this morning on the Today Show! You were shown in PopStart when discussing the “Coastal Grandmother” aesthetic that Anne Hathaway commented on!
Have you washed and worn that Amazon button down yet? I find I fall in love with a button down and think it looks great, and then after one wash/dry it never wears the same and I am foiled again!
I haven’t but I usually dry clean button ups!
