Needlepaint has yet to disappoint. Needlepoint belts are always fun, but Needlepaint takes it a step further by having an custom option. Truly custom here, you can work with the Needlepaint team to create a unique belt with special places and motifs. (Check out Garrett’s Wabash belt for an example of their college belts.) I’m consistently blown away by the quality of product.
For this post, I worked with Needlepaint to come up with a South Tampa belt for my dad. I am obsessed with how it came out. It so unique to the town and the designs capture the essence of the buildings and iconic South Tampa spots.
There’s the country club and golf course where my dad plays every weekend, the minarets from the University of Tampa, Raymond James Stadium, Ybor city (complete with a streetcar!), Bayshore Boulevard with runners and the Gasparilla ship, and our high school.
My dad’s been wearing it a lot and all of his golf buddies are pretty jealous. Needlepaint belts make great gifts for really anyone. Because of the custom nature, you should definitely consider ordering early so it’s ready on time (hint, hint… Christmas). You could do a custom college campus belt, life treasures, or even golf course!
