CARLY A GO-TO LOOK WITH SAKS

Today’s post is in collaboration with Saks Fifth Avenue. Saks has long been one of my go-to shopping destinations. (I even bought my junior year prom dress from Saks and would always do back to school jeans shopping there with my mom!) I’ve been paring down my closet and working on bringing my wardrobe up to speed with where I am in life currently. One part of this is upgrading certain basics I already know I love to slightly more elevated brands and styles. At this point in my life, I do know what I consistently reach for clothing-wise in my closet and I just want to make sure every piece I have reflects great quality that I’ll have for years to come.

I finally tried a pair of Agolde jeans and I get the hype! I don’t have a pair of lighter wash jeans like these and I really love how they look and feel. The crop is also perfect– I usually would have to get jeans hemmed but they are perfect on my frame. I’d say they fit true to size, but are a bit tighter in the waist, so I would size up for comfort depending on your waist-to-hip ratio.

I splurged on this cashmere Theory sweater and I love it so much. It has a bit of an oversized fit so it’s extra comfy (and great for nursing). I never bat an eye when it comes to spending a little bit more for pieces from Theory because the quality is always unmatched. I know I’ll have this sweater for years and years to come.

Two accessories that I have in heavy rotation right now? These sneakers (so comfortable, here they are in plain white which I also have) and these sunglasses. Both are classics and kind of go with everything with very little effort.
