I am completely obsessed with this outfit I put together. If you can’t tell… I’ve clearly been watching the first season of Gossip Girl. Blair’s style definitely is rubbing off on me when I reach for things in my closet currently, ha.
It’s a mix of new items from this year with some pieces I’ve had for years.
I wore this last week for a business meeting and then walked to Bryant Park to shoot. Bryant Park is such a fun place to visit during the holidays. I’m not sure that there are really “non-peak” hours in December, but it’s super crowded on the weekends.
This scarf was a gift at the J. Crew ice skating event a couple of weeks ago and I LOVE the colors of it. My mom and sister borrowed it while they visited and I wanted to make sure it made it into a blog post before the end of the year.
Instead of wearing a longer coat, I opted for a blazer instead. When layered correctly (and not on a frigid day, of course), it can be just as effective as a coat. I haven’t really worn any of my blazers this year and I’m not sure why. Making a mental note to pull them out more often because I just love how they look!!
I got this skirt from Brooks Brothers for my birthday a few years back. This is a similar green skirt (but no pleats, boo) on sale. Here’s a green pleated skirt that might be slightly more trendy!
I didn’t wear the beanie or gloves at the meeting (obviously), but I think the look is best with the final accessories, right?!

No wonder you are obsessed! Your outfit is very beautiful!

carly i love this outfit!!!! and i want your scarf.
and i die watching gossip girl reruns too. its crazy how the style is still relevant years and years later (still trying to emulate serena’s perfect ways, still failing!)
This is SO Blair! I love the colors in the scarf. If you’re ever looking for something exact that she wore on the show, I have a Poshmark store dedicated to Gossip Girl and am always hunting for Blair’s stuff!
Girl! I have been watching GG to! My sister and I re-started it last month and it’s amazing!!!! It keeps getting better and better! I just want all the couples to be in lovey relationships, especially Blair and Chuck ha! I do love what their wearing and how relevant some of their style is currently in 2018! They had on OTK boots and I was like WHAT?! I’m on season 2 episode 16 and it just gets more juicy and better!!!
ah I love the green skirt so much!

This is A D O R A B L E!
As much as I love Christmas, red and green can sometimes look very garish together, but this scarf balances them so well! I popped by Bryant Park the day after Thanksgiving before heading on a bus home, and although I didn’t have enough time to go skating, I did have enough time to browse the Christmas market! -Audrey | Brunch at Audrey’s
These photos are so cute! I absolutely LOVE Bryant Park around the holidays!
