BEST JEANS FOR FALL

I’m a denim girl through and through. My time is usually spent either parenting or working from home, so once the weather cools down, it just makes sense. I’ve tried a lot of jeans through the years and have a pretty good idea of what works for me: high waisted with only a little bit of stretch and a non-skinny leg cropped just above the ankle. Even though I haven’t pulled out my usual denim very much this year because of pregnancy and postpartum, it felt like a good time to share the best jeans for fall.

If you’re pregnant, take a look at my try-on of the best maternity jeans!

BEST JEANS FOR FALL

J.Crew Factory Wide-Leg Crop Jeans in All-Day Stretch

Starting off strong with the most budget-friendly option! J.Crew Factory’s denim is seriously underrated. Wide-leg jeans can be hit or miss, in my opinion, and these are a hit. The wide leg isn’t too wide and there’s a comfortable amount of stretch. These would be great for trying to look put together while traveling.

Citizens of Humanity Charlotte High Rise Straight Jeans

You guys recommended these to me last year! These are one of the more expensive pairs I own, but frankly I’m willing to invest more for GREAT jeans. These check so many boxes: high rise, slim fit, low stretch, and soft. I noticed that they stretched out a little bit after the first wear, so go down if you’re between sizes.

Good American Good Legs Straight Leg Jeans

These are the closest thing to skinny jeans without actually being skinny jeans. They just have some straightness at the ankle that sets them apart! I can’t believe how soft and stretchy they are– they honestly feel more like align leggings than jeans. These run true to size, in my opinion, and I think the under-$100 price tag is great.

J.Crew 9″ Demi-Boot Crop Jeans

I have these in so many different washes because they’re truly THE BEST. The high waist is super flattering, you get the “hug you in” feeling of skinny jeans through the knees, and the hemline has a little bit of flare to it. It’s the most versatile silhouette and if I could only crown one pair the best denim for fall, it’d be these.

Gap High Rise Cheeky Straight Jeans with Washwell

These jeans have SO much going for them– they’re stiff with just enough stretch, making them super comfortable, and they have the high rise and straight leg combination I’ve been loving. A plus: They fit me like a glove, no tailoring needed!

Agolde Riley High Rise Straight Jeans

It took me a while to try Agolde jeans, but once I did, I completely understood what everyone was raving about. They feel great and look even better. This is a small thing, but these jeans are the *perfect* length for me. Not usually the case! My only complaint is that these fit a little tighter in the waist, so you may want to size up depending on your waist-to-hip ratio.

I LOVE the Gap jeans. I have them in 3-4 colors. So affordable, available in tall sizes (and short, too!), look great, and last a long time!
I also think you’ve finally pushed me to buy those J. Crew Factory jeans!
