Cashmere is my ultimate clothing weakness. Once I was able to start affording cashmere pieces here and there in my 20s, there was no going back. I’d rather have a few great cashmere sweaters than a bunch of lower quality ones.
COZIEST CASHMERE
J. Crew just released this sweater and I immediately added to my cart. It’s ribbed cashmere and truly one of the softest sweaters I’ve purchased in a while. It’s way softer than I was expecting for sure, something about the ribbing made me think it would feel more textured than normal cashmere. But I’m here to report, it feels fantastic and the ribbing only adds to the coziness. I expect I’ll be wearing it right through the summer. (There’s nothing more that I love than when the sun sets on a summer night and the temperature dips just enough… clearly I’m craving summer, yeah?! We have three feet of snow outside our house at the moment 😆)
I sized up one size because I wanted a cozy, oversized fit but probably didn’t need to go up as it’s already pretty roomy. Just to keep that in mind.
I love the cobalt stripes– so bold and fun. And did I mention this sweater is incredibly soft!?!?

I have had my eye on this sweater for a few weeks hoping that it would go on sale. Thank you for the review. I think it would make a great pullover. Also, I feel the same way about cashmere!
