Have I mentioned how much I love living in Connecticut? In so many ways it feels like home, but it’s the water that I think I love the most. I really took living by the water for granted growing up in Florida. While it’s a very different kind of coastal experience here, it’s amazing in its own way.
Recently, Garrett and I have been going down by the water to enjoy the last hour or so of sunlight. It’s the perfect time to unwind after work and to relax before sitting down for dinner. As the sun sets, everything starts to glow as the temperatures start to dip. It’s magical!
I love this look. Cozy, comfortable, and still cute for a date night by the water. All you need: a fisherman sweater, soft UGG boots, and an oversized blanket.
