I spent the most amazing weekend with old friends in beautiful Massachusetts. The leaves were very much in full fall foliage. Beautiful colors and an all around beautiful crispness, despite a constant drizzle.
As much as I’ve loved September (it’s been an all around great month), I’m very much happy to welcome in October!!!
I’m also officially bringing out the riding boots this week! WOO! (Even if it’s supposed to be warmer than last week… oh well.)

I'm so jealous that y'all have actual seasons. Down here in Louisiana, we're still stuck in the summer mode. I'm so ready for fall weather for dresses with boots and leggings!

My quilted Barbour jacket has been out for a couple of weeks now. I wore it yesterday with my tweed winter shorts, leggings and pale pink oxfords. I love my Jack Wills vest and all of my scarves and pashminas. I also have an amazing heritage tweed long, belted winter coat that I love. Hoping to get a new pair of boots for my birthday as well. Generally think I dress way better for fall than I do spring/summer. Maybe its because I'm English.

I am loving the change in colour of the leaves and the cooler fall weather. I like that I can wear my boots and fall jackets and start to layer even more 🙂
