Fall Recipes

One way I’m trying to get “in the mood” for fall (instead of dreading the impending cold….) is thinking about all the nice cozy recipes I can whip up. I think this is going to be a big season of baking for me! I hope all my local friend are ready for weekly deliveries because Mike and I can only eat so much. I’ve also been in a bit of a dinner rut. Mike does most of our cooking (and thank god for that) but I try to do one meal a week.

BUTTERNUT SQUASH PASTA CARBONARA with ROSEMARY BACON

ZUCCHINI BREAD

PECAN PANCAKES with MAPLE BUTTER RECIPE

BRAISED CHICKEN with FIGS & GRAPES

FRENCH APPLE TART

SHEET PAN GOCHUJANG CHICKEN & ROASTED VEGETABLES

SLOW COOKER BEEF STEW

Anyone else drooling???

I love that french apple tart, it takes like 35 seconds to put together after you have your apples prepped and is sooo good.

Just made the butternut squash carbonara last night—totally holds up. Took me two hours (which is a me problem, not because of the recipe) and I already can’t wait to eat the leftovers!
