It’s not officially spring yet here, though the 70 degrees on Monday was rather deceiving. I wore this outfit down in Palm Beach a couple of weeks ago while they were having a bit of a cold front. I recreated it back home just so I could grab some profesh photos of the espadrilles from the latest collaboration with Gal Meets Glam and Margaux. Obviously, both are brands I love and I love them even more together! (I often wear my Gal Meets Glam dresses with my favorite Margaux flats and sandals so I was extra thrilled when they started creating collections together.
This most recent one is super dreamy and, as always, super comfortable.
I have a nice collection of espadrilles that I wear throughout the summer months so I’m thrilled to add “blush” into the mix. They’re nearly identical to the ones I have and love already, but with extra padding for the foot and the canvas part over the toe is slightly longer giving more coverage. The blush is also super, super subtle. It’s definitely pink, but it doesn’t scream P I N K so I think they’ll be pretty versatile with all kinds of outfits in the late spring/summer months.
The Margaux team actually sent the shoes directly to my hotel in Palm Beach so I could take them for an early spin. Imagine my surprise when I opened the box and found out they came with extra laces! They come with a plain ivory AND a really, really cute floral. I swapped in the floral as a little pop and am just obsessed.
Your outfit and shoes is so cute! Thanks for sharing. 🙂

Okay did NOT know about the added padding. I sometimes stay away from espadrilles (though have a few castaners) because they are like walking on concrete ha. Can’t wait to try them myself!
chevrons & éclairs
I absolutely adore the floral laces. Makes me want to get some for the espadrilles I just got!
The changeable laces was such a good idea on the design front!! The pink hue is perfect to pair with all summer outfits.

GMG espadrilles are adorable! I love how you’ve styled them, Carly, because I used to think espadrilles only looked good with dresses
