Green with Envy

Tomorrow’s St. Patrick’s day!  Confession: I don’t really get into this particular holiday.  But there are so many green things that I’m envying lately.  I thought it be a perfectly timed post.
Seriously, I would absolutely not complain if one (or some or all) of these magically appeared in my closet tomorrow.  Are there special shopping leprechauns out there that can help a college prepster out?
Bikini? Check. Seersucker? Check. Green? Check.
I’m not sure how this suit would like on, but I’m picturing Allie from The Notebook.  Wish I had come across this before my trip to Mexico!  It’s just so feminine and cute!

Hello there most perfect shorts I have ever seen.

In case it’s not so sunny out, these jeans are still quite festive.  I love the added polka dot detail.  A little bit more fun than the standard “colored jeans.”
I have a pair of green colored jeans that I just got and I love them.  They’re a perfect spring green color!  I wanted the pair from J. Crew, but I’m literally RIGHT in between sizes.  One is way too baggy and another is skin skin skin tight.  I found my pair at Urban Outfitters and was so impressed with how well they fit!  (Plus they’re a soft denim/twill!)
[Oh look, my iPhone case goes with the green theme too!]

Strapless dresses make me a little bit nervous.  However, I’m loving the ruffling on the hem and bust of this dress.  It’s also a great color green.  Not too pale and not too wintry!

Another fun dress in an interesting hue.  I don’t think I would like the dress if it were plain, but the eyelet flowered details are perfection!

Of course, the Kate Spade earrings are too fun!  I just can’t get enough of the neon!!!  Sometimes going all-out on neon can be, well, a little too much.  I really have to be in the mood to pull off bright neon.  These earrings are like a low-commitment alternative to the neon trend.

I love the Kate Spade flat pouches too.  And the whole tennis theme is something I can definitely get into.  (Although, I have some not-so-great memories of playing tennis in elementary school that I’m not quite sure I can get past!)

Or, you can opt for a little bit of green around your wrist.  The green + gold combination definitely give off a “pot of gold at the end of the rainbow” vibe.
xoxo

That bracelet, those earrings, and the second dress are my all time favorite. I'm a little intimidated by green pants, but still sort of want to try them this spring. Fun picks, girl 🙂

I LOVE that your outfits aren't totally overwhelming with green while it still uses a lot of great shades! I love St. Patrick's Day, but I hate being all kelly green – I guess it's just not my color! The little pop of green on each of these pieces is such a great accessory – LOVE it!

Hope your celebrating day was/is fabulous!!

i am in absolutely LOVE with that green seersucker swimsuit – i have always wanted to try one of those more feminine-cut swimsuits, but i haven't done it yet. i think they're so chic & understated. maybe this summer it'll be time to seek one out! also, i used that same kate spade flat pouch in my fancies this week. great choices!
