Guys, I truly don’t know why I can’t get Halloween out of my mind. I have to admit that it used to be my least favorite holiday as a kid. Loved the costumes…. hated trick or treating. In my memory, I had ear infections for the first few Halloweens in my memory… and then we lived in Massachusetts and it was always freezing and often raining. My mom would sew our costumes onto sweatpants to keep us warm. (Not exactly the Tinker Bell vibe I was going for….) Oh and it was dark and I had to knock on strangers doors? Not my favorite. I always just wanted the candy to be hand delivered like an Easter basket 🤣
Anyway, as a parent, for some reason I feel renewed about Halloween. Pregnancy hormones are probably contributing too. I’m so excited for it this year. Jack had only just started walking last year and he still loved toddling up to every door. This year should be extra fun being able to run around more and have more energy to stay up a little later than normal. Truly can’t wait to see him enjoy all the festivities!
CLASSIC PUMPKIN PAIL ($1!) // PATCH GINGHAM BAGS
BURLAP BAG // BAT BAG
BASKET BAG // PUMPKIN GLITTER TREAT BAG // FELTED WOOL CAT
So many cute options! I used the same monogrammed orange pumpkin for years and loved it! What great memories!

We love Halloween! The best thing we did when our kids were little was introduce the Halloween Fairy. They could keep 10 pieces of candy and leave the rest for the fairy. She would leave a toy in its place. We would then donate the candy. I think there may even be a book out there for this.
As a fellow MA child, can totally relate to sweatpants ruining all of my amazing ballerina/fairy/princess costumes.
