Don’t get me wrong, I have been indulging this year. Mostly because I felt so nauseous all day, carbs were my best friend. I finally feel like I can eat normally and I’ve never been happier to consume all the fruits and vegetables. Cucumbers and bell peppers have been my go-to afternoon snack lately. I also think there’s a sense of craving spring that has me wanting fresh vegetable filled salads.
Sharing some salad inspiration for lunches. I try to get a little more protein by adding salmon, grilled chicken tuna, or sliced hard boil eggs. Whatever I have on hand or what I think will work best.
