After scrolling through the J.Crew new arrivals section every Tuesday for weeks, we finally get some new stuff to pore over. Obviously this is not like real breaking news, but I found it pretty thrilling during an otherwise boring week around here. (It’s the little things nowadays, right?)
J.Crew has definitely leaned into this more relaxed outfit vibe and, considering my personal dressing habits at the moment, I’m here for it. The bright colors also have me wishing spring was a little closer.
J.CREW NEW ARRIVALS
This is my favorite piece of the whole collection. I’m always a sucker for anything in a Liberty print and this one is just so punchy and happy. I also love the length of the shirtdress (would be so cute with sneakers and espadrilles) and the longer length of the sleeves too. And if you have a girl, there’s a matching dress for kids too!
I ordered these barrettes because I just thought they were so fun. An easy way to add a bit of fun and can be worn even if it’s freezing out. Win/win.
I’m so tempted to buy this whole sweatsuit. Maybe a little aggressive… not sure if I can pull it off or not but I may try. I could end up looking like a cartoon character, but I also could end up reaching an extreme level of comfort. I I think I’ll take my chances.
I have a previous year’s version (with stripes!) of these sneakers. But I had to include this year’s gingham version as well. I think it’s the perfect touch of print without going overboard.
This was an immediate “add to cart.” You know I can’t resist anything striped, especially if it’s blue and white. I love this color blue and the ribbed cashmere looks extra cozy.
This headband style from J. Crew is my absolute favorite. It’s so comfortable and packs a statement without being too over the top. (Not going to lie, I hate the super puffy headbands that are all the rage right now.) This is more subtle– and it doesn’t hurt when you wear all day! I love this Liberty print; ordered it and can’t wait for it to be added to my headband collection.
