No Such Thing As Too Many Stripes

I can’t seem to help myself when it comes to stripes. I love them, what can I say? You guys already know how much I love my Lake Pajamas (I have more pairs than I care to admit…). Well I was thrilled when they released a couple of dresses. I scooped up the navy and white one and now that it’s finally warming up, I am going to have to come up with excused to not wear it too frequently.

They really nailed this dress. It’s so comfy!!! Honestly feels like pajamas, which is fitting all things considered. It has a good bit of stretch so it definitely moves with you. It’s made with 100% supima cotton and feels dreamy on.

Can you see the little peep of red grosgrain ribbon on the slit? Such a cute touch.

I have the Lake Pajamas Nantucket Day dress in Pink and I just love the striped tie shoulder straps on it so much! Love Lake everything.

Following up on this, Lake sets are the best because when you unexpectedly have to get out of the car to pick up your teen from a social distance AP test study group, you don’t look like you are in fact in your pajamas.

You are so right, gimme all the stripes! I love this dress paired with sneakers..that’s something I probably wouldn’t have thought to do, but I love the look!

Can you one day round up some stripes or preppy dresses that come in at the waist? I’m hourglass shape so anything like this dress looks like a potato sack on me and while I love these preppy styles, they are often rather formless, if you know what I mean.
