ON MY RADAR 1.24.25

This was… a week? Between current events and feeling under the weather and absolutely frigid temperatures… I am looking forward to the weekend. We have some fun plans with the boys and, of course, the Eagles game. (I bought this sweatshirt and I’m hoping it arrives in time. I think Mike is going to get a kick out of it.)

Here’s what has been on my radar:

ONE // MacKenzie Childs’ NEW Mocha Check Collection

I was so lucky to get a sneak peek at MacKenzie Childs’ latest color way of their iconic pattern. I have pieces of the navy and black and now the mocha! Honestly love them all, but the Mocha Check is really hitting different. I love that it’s the pattern they’re known for in a nice subtle color palette so it can be layered into what you own, pretty much no matter what your personal style is.

TWO // Grandma Hobbies Are Boosting Teen Mental Health

Imagine my pure delight when I came across this article about “grandma hobbies” on Instagram this week. While it’s about how it’s helping teenagers, I really think these kinds of hobbies could help us all. But I really, really love hearing that teens are embracing these hobbies– maybe a positive about social media like TikTok’s influence– and using them to help with mental health. We love to see it!

THREE // Kravet Dinnerware Collection

I’m loving this Kravet collection at Pottery Barn– really cute dishes. They layer so nicely together and also would work well on their own or mixed with what you already own. The mugs are definitely my favorite!!

FOUR // Low Heel Ballet Flat

You just know how much I love my Margaux ballet flats. I’m still rebuilding my shoe collection, including replacing my ballet flats which are now slightly too small (womp womp). I was thrilled to see that Margaux added a new style with a low heel to their repertoire. They sent me a pair and wow not only are they chic AF they’re also comfortable!!!

FIVE // Swamp Soup

I’ve seen Meredith’s “Swamp Soup” all over TikTok and I finally made it this week. I’ve had this lingering congestion for over a week and just felt so run down and defeated. (Plus it’s freezing out and I wanted a cozy soup!) It’s delicious. Don’t wait to try it. Mike loved it too! Can’t recommend it enough!
