On My Radar

I feel so behind on posting on here. There’s so much I want to share before the end of the year, and I’m scrambling to fit it all in!! Actually, that reminds me. I’m taking off a full week of posting… I think the 23rd through the 29th! (I do have a sponsored post, that you should definitely read because OMG I’m obsessed with the product, but otherwise I won’t be on my computer at all.) No words to describe how much I’m looking forward to that. I might be posting on Instagram/Instagram stories, but I’m not going to force anything.

In the meantime, regularly scheduled posts!

And it’s Stacy’s birthday today!!! Being a big sister is the best. Watching her grow up is one of the best joys in life, and I’m just so proud of her in more ways than I can count. The two of us have always been super close, and that closeness has only grown as we’ve gotten older. A two year age gap seems huge when you’re in the fourth grade… right now though? Gosh, it feels like I was just 26! We’ve had a few pep talks during her 25th year, and I can’t wait to see what she does in her 26th.

She went to Peru in August, and it seems like every gift she’s gotten has been alpaca-related. I couldn’t resist getting her this alpaca phone case. While she was up here visiting, her phone case tore, and I got to give her the new one a little early! (Mine is the bows, of course.)

Okay, here’s what has been on my radar this week:

ONE // Disney Sing-Along Tape

Speaking of Stacy, we used to LOVE watching this Disney Sing-Along tape as kids. We saw a clip of it online, and it brought back all the feels. It’s so weird to remember every scene and the song even though it’s been a solid two decades since I last saw it! I found the full show on Youtube. (Did anyone else watch this particular tape?!)

TWO // Tiny Food Cake Pops

After I posted the video of my mom making cake pops, I had a handful of people send me this video of tiny cake pops. Tiny food videos crack me up in general, and I loved watching them make the tiny versions.

THREE // Candace Cameron Bure on her Full House Looks

This clip of Candance Cameron Bure walking through some of her outfits from her DJ days made me smile! I always think about how it feels impossible that the styles we love today will at some point feel dated. Like my high school outfits? “Well, they could NEVER be embarrassing!” I thought. (But they totally are now! haha)

FOUR // Nutcracker Auditions

This series was put together for the Justice Youtube channel. (Yes, basically the Limited Too store.) It was definitely created for a young female audience, but it’s so well done, and honestly, I really enjoyed it. Who doesn’t love The Nutcracker?! I always watch behind the scenes of the different companies year after year.
