ON MY RADAR

I just had to check my calendar twice to make sure it was actually time to write this week’s On My Radar post. I feel like time was suspended a bit this week? I struggled big time with anxiety this week so maybe that’s why everything felt so off. It’s been an ongoing struggle trying to balance all the things I have to do and want to do. I do think I’ve been better about saying no so I can say yes to the right/best opportunities since my work time is even more precious now… but I still ended up with a bunch of things due at the exact same time. (Some weeks, there’s nothing due and other weeks, six deadlines at once!) Anyway, I had a panic attack for the first time in a while and it took a toll on me. Oy. Well, made to Friday…

Here’s what’s been on my radar this week:

ONE // Weezie Apres Swim

I am absolutely obsessed with my short sleeve Weezie robe and I was thrilled when they came out with a whole collection for post swimming. Truly love everything they do. And having a robe I can wear after swimming with a little baby is GENIUS.

TWO // Project Hail Mary Book Club

Last month I finished Project Hail Mary and have been talking about it with everyone I know who has read it. My brother in law and I had a nice convo about it and it’s just one of those books that you need to discuss. Bad On Paper podcast did their May book club episode about it and I was SO EXCITED to listen to it. Loved hearing their thoughts about the book and I walked away with some different perspectives I hadn’t even thought to consider!

THREE // Bamboo Inspired Step Ottoman

I am so tempted to buy one of these beautiful bamboo inspired step ottomans for pups! Poor Teddy can’t jump up on our bed and we’ve tried different steps but I feel like this is one he’ll actually be able to do. (And…. one I won’t mind having in our room.) Such a brilliant product idea– it definitely fits a specific pet niche.

FOUR // Pretty Basic x What We Said Crossover

Another podcast recommendation. (Apparently I’m in my “listening to podcast” era.) I really love watching all these girls on Youtube and I’ve been working my way through their podcast episodes. They recently did a podcast “swap.” It’s funny and insightful– overall a good and entertaining listen!

FIVE // A&F Blue Floral Midi Dress

Earlier this year I bought this dress in solid blue for a book signing and Abercrombie has since come out with different colors and prints (and even lengths). I am OBSESSED with this blue and white floral. If I didn’t already have the blue I would totally go for it.
