I’m still trying to come to terms with what my style is right now. I feel all out of sorts with so many life changes over the past couple of years. The lockdown, pregnancy body changes, motherhood… I definitely find myself reaching for more basics than anything else. Especially since we’re slowly starting to do things again, I have been REALLY struggling with my closet. I just don’t have a lot that fits and feels like this “new me,” but I’m trying to see it as an opportunity. Fewer prints, limited colors. Easy and uncomplicated.
I pulled these photos as inspiration…
(PS I tried finding original sources, but Pinterest and reverse Google Image kept showing random pins as the sources.)
I love a neutral outfit with a few pops of color! Happy Valentine’s Day!

Hi Carly,
The 3rd photo is from @ludivine_lecornec. I’ve been following her for a number of years – great style and travel adventures from France.

THANK YOU!! Updating 🥰
Thanks for posting this! I feel you on the closet frustrations. Also had a baby during the pandemic (my second), switched to working from home, and experienced postpartum body changes. What even is my style now? I have so much trouble getting dressed if I need to go anywhere! I’ve always been drawn to very colorful clothes and bold prints but maybe there’s room for some classics as a way forward.
I enjoyed your post; thank you! The first photo is @emmahill. She also had a website: emmajhill.com.
Thank you!!
I was 99% positive that was Emma Hill
I love the looks you’ve shared, and would love to support these women by following them. Would you be able to share the sources of the images? Wishing you the best of luck with your style search!
I’ve been trying to find them with reverse searches and updating if I do 🥰
Loving the French feel of these, I will def use this as well 😀
