PICKLEBALL OUTFITS

Pickleball has been an easy way for me to get in more outdoor time this winter. I try to spend at least 15-20 minutes outside, even if it’s just in five minute increments. Scheduling outdoor activities I look forward to, like my Friday pickleball class, has been a great way to motivate me to spend more time outside and keep me accountable! I’ve also met a few great friends playing, and my skills have improved quite a bit since last fall. I’m hoping to join our club’s pickleball team when signups reopen so I can start playing matches against other local teams. If you haven’t picked it yet, it’s so much fun- and the pickleball outfits are great too!

J.Crew recently released a new activewear capsule that is too perfect as pickleball attire! I love this matching white half-zip pullover and skirt with green piping. I can also see myself wearing this navy racerback dress once it warms up. (I have to call out that all of them are 25% off today with the code “SHOPNOW”)

I’m a big fan of Addison Bay’s activewear, and these cropped t-shirts have been my go-to recently underneath a pullover for pickleball classes. I love a half-zip, but how cute is this new teal and white striped rugby pullover? The most important consideration in what to wear to play pickleball is the sneakers- they must be comfortable and supportive. If you’re looking to invest in a new pair, these are my favorite. Since I’ve been playing more often, I’m eyeing this navy striped canvas bag to take to the court and pair with my pickleball outfits. It’s gorgeous and under $130. I love all of the fun pickleball paddle designs so much that I was inspired to design a custom bow pickleball paddle last fall. Although a cute paddle isn’t necessary, I think it makes playing even more fun!
