Full confession before we go into the post… I’ve worn this sweater three or four times a week since buying it. I actually wore it right out of the store. It’s the best red and the softest cashmere.
This outfit in general is turning into a go-to. (It’s what I wore in our family Christmas cards, too!) The perfect mix of casual and cute. I feel completely comfortable taking Teddy out for a walk in it or heading downtown to do some shopping.
We’ve been having hit or miss weather here in NYC. One day I’m totally fine with just a cozy sweater and a Barbour and the next, I break out the cocoon.
Aren’t these Baublebar earrings fun? I love the little twist on the typical pearl earring. They sent me this box where you can mix and match all kinds of earrings into something like over 100 different looks… these were my favorite!
I love the earring set! It's such a creative and fun box. I've added it to my wishlist! (: PS. I recently invested in the Drybar curling iron after reading your raves and going to my local Drybar a few times. I absolutely love it, my Thanksgiving curls came out so great! Thank you soo much!!
The weather here in Pennsylvania is the same! Yesterday I didn't wear any coat, just a warm sweater, and a few days ago I whipped out my winter coat. I'm obsessed with your earrings. Oh yes, and I can't wait for Christmas! Lately I've been buying a lot of burgundy colored clothing, and I got a gold pair of casual boots too! -Audrey | Brunch at Audrey's
Red is officially the color of the season. I whipped out my red leather tote the day after Thanksgiving. I decorated a handle with a vintage J.Crew ski scarf.
I LOVE this outfit…definitely one of my favorites!! I might need this for the holidays! Also, I didn't even recognize Teddy…did he get a haircut or is that another puppy (so cute!!)?
I first met @kristarobertso 11 years ago for brunch at The Smith (it was 2014, okay?), and yesterday, I had the absolute pleasure of getting a sneak peek at @pennylinndesigns’ brand new flagship needlepoint store in Rowayton, CT! 🩵🪡 🌊 The store officially opens this weekend!!
I’ve watched her business, Penny Linn, absolutely take off over the past few years, and it’s been incredible to see her at the forefront of needlepoint’s recent explosion in popularity. The industry has traditionally been a little old-fashioned (and, let’s be honest, sometimes gatekeep-y), but Penny Linn is all about inclusivity, accessibility, and introducing this craft to as many people as possible. I truly believe there’s room for everyone at the needlepoint table… the more stitchers, the better! And Penny Linn embodies that ethos so well.
Whether you’re a seasoned stitcher or have never picked up a canvas in your life, I highly recommend visiting the new Penny Linn flagship. @shihstitches and I drove from Northern NJ, and it was totally worth it. You could easily turn it into a full-day outing! Rowayton is such a charming coastal town, with great spots to explore in the surrounding area.
I’m just so immensely proud of Krista, not only for what she’s doing for the needlepoint community but also just for creating something so special. The store is gorgeous, the selection is incredible (so many canvases and thread options!), and the energy she’s brought to this space is just amazing. I truly couldn’t be more proud of her if I tried!
Just a girl, well-rested after multiple nights of good sleep, loving her new 2025 hobbies (hello, tap & mahjong!)—all while dressed for a February day warm enough to skip the coat! 🙌🏻
When I want to experiment with trends, I try to follow the formula of picking something that’s close to something I would already wear but with a small twist. I am loving this @onequince one piece jumpsuit with a cardigan layered over– it’s a slightly different look than what I would normally go for (leggings and a sweater, for example) so I still feel like myself! #quincepartner

A classic look with classic books 📚🧥 @jcrew updated their iconic trench with a longer, more modern length and I’m loving it! I love it paired with these black jeans and a simple white tee for a causal look and it would also look chic with heels and a cute little dress for a night out! 🖤 #injcrew #ad

one year in the books of BROTHERS FOREVER 🫶🏻 I can’t believe how big both boys have gotten in just one year…. My heart can barely take it. I can’t remember life without them and, truly, it feels like they’ve always been a part of me. #brothers
@ohmymahjong hooked me UP! Learning mahjong has been on my mind for a while and this year we finally made it happen! My 97 year old grandma Charlotte plays mahjong every week- and now that I have learned, I know what’s been keeping her so young! Mahjong is FUN and the perfect mix of luck and strategy. The rules can be a lot to learn (I’m still learning for sure) but it’s easy to pick up with a good teacher.
Thank you #ohmymahjong for all the fun goodies… chic tiles, a handy mat, great organizers! Everything we need for our next mahjong girls night! #mahjong
