The other day, I posted a picture of my pink nail polish. I was on the subway riding back from a super long day at work and I just looked down and was happy! Light pink is definitely not the first color that I would turn to, but I’m kind of loving it lately.
I’m super fair, so often when I wear light pink, I look super washed out! But I’ve got a little bit of a tan (thank you Florida swimming pools!) so I feel like the color works! Oh, and I always feel rawther like Eloise when I wear light pink.
The nail color that I’m wearing is Martha from Julep. It had been sitting in my desk drawer for a while and I finally decided to put it on… Love. I’ve been going for more neutral nail colors (super pale pink, sand, cream), so I love that the pink is light, but still has some nice color.
I`ve been looking forward to cooler temps and fall activities.... and the outfits that go along with them! @saksoff5th is having a sitewide sale now through 9/24– save an additional 25% OFF orders $150+ with code ITSON (excluding select brands and products) The perfect time to stock up on pieces for your fall and winter wardrobe. @CollectiveVoiceHQ #ad #SaksOFF5th
Wearing vs styling an outfit with a bump! I feel so much better when I’m wearing something cute (dress well to feel well maybe?)… I’ve been fighting the temptation to wear comfy clothes while pregnant though! So far I have found blazers and cardigans an easy way to dress up my second trimester bump, especially as we enter fall.
Fall for me means tailored blazers, touches of corduroy, and cozy sweaters… @jcrew, as always, has us covered with all the classics! Shop my head to toe look with @shop.ltk #liketkit https://liketk.it/4iOR7 #injcrew #ad
When @beaconhillbooksandcafe lives up to the hype and THEN SOME 🐿️ ✨ I got a little tour of this special bookstore from the owner herself and I couldn’t be more grateful. There is something magical about any bookshop, but when one is this thoughtful it’s hard not to fall in love with reading all over again. @sisterparishdesign textiles, @farrowandball coordinating paint, bestsellers & classics commingled on curated shelves. A little squirrel mascot named Paige, with her own story and her own entrance and her own little Boston-inspired house hidden away in the bottom of a shelf. Every detail is perfect, especially those on the children’s floor, where little ones can enter through a tiny door and press a big red button to activate a model train that circles the space.
