I’ve debated about whether or not I should post this or not. Mainly for my own embarrassment. But because I’m embarrassed about writing it, I figured that’s exactly why I should write it.
So, I’m taking one for the team. Because I have a problem and found an amazing solution and I’m sure that I’m not the only one who can benefit from.

I have been experiencing bacne acne on my back!!!! Seriously. It came completely out of the blue last summer and seemed nearly impossible to get rid of.
I tried everything: body scrubs, sleeping in loose t-shirts, sleeping with no t-shirts, switching laundry detergents, switching shampoos, laying out in the sun, picking, not picking, rubbing zit cream… Nothing worked. (Well some worked a little bit, like being out in the sun, but they were all temporary reliefs.)
I almost gave up.
Almost.
But then I did what I always do when I’m a complete loss… I turned to the INTERNET. I searched blogs, YouTube videos, articles, magazine archives… and then I stumbled on this product and decided it had to be worth a shot.
Bottom Line: It works. FAST.
The bottle sprays 360• so you can get to every inch of your back. I typically use it twice a day. I spray it on my back and then straighten my hair while it’s drying in the morning. And at night, I spray it on before I go to bed and wait to put on a shirt while it dries.
I haven’t experienced any negatives (e.g. staining, smells, excessive drying, etc.)… only positives (i.e. a rapidly clearing back).
Anyway… hopefully that wasn’t too embarrassing … and hopefully this legitimately helps someone else!

Thank you for posting this. I have recently started to have breakouts on my back as well and they literally came from NO WHERE. I never had problems with it until a couple of months ago and like you I feel like I tried everything. But now that I know about this I will be running out to buy it 🙂 Thank you again
I just got this a few days ago and love it! I've never had a problem with acne on my back until recently and this has been my savior especially since it's getting hotter!
i have had the WORST skin up until my dermatologist put me on accutane two years ago. no scrubs or lotions ever worked for me. it's something to seriously consider if you have terrible acne.
I totally agree that this stuff is pretty great. Talk about embarrassing, I had breakouts on my legs (how does that even happen?!) but it worked so fast to clear up my skin. Great to have on hand come the warm months.
Thank you so much for posting this. I am an athlete and within the past few years my breakouts have been getting worse including bad scars. I am always embarrassed because I never see anyone else with back acne. Nothing seems to work. I bought $60 scrub from sephora and that didnt work, i also tried dermatologist prescribed creams and those didnt work either. I am going to give this a try and I hope it does the trick. Thanks!!!!!

It is so funny that you decided to post about this because I am in my late 30s and I've just started having this issue, but on my chest. I find out that Neutrogena has a body scrub with this too. It has been wonderful. I've purchased it at Target. So if you are looking for a body scrub, try that too because it works great.

I just saw this in Target a few weeks ago and picked up a bottle- working out has led to my back getting to be not so pretty- It's been working great for me! I shared it with my sister and it's helped her out lots too! Great post!

I have had problems with that too. I've used the neutrogena stuff you suggested but not twice a day. Lately i've been scrubbing my back with PanOxyl® 10% Acne Foaming Wash (10% Benzoyl Peroxide) that you can get at Walgreens and most drug stores.
THANK YOU for posting about this topic. Yes, it is gross, but I'm sure we've all dealt with it at some point. I've been having trouble with bacne lately and I DON'T want it to be there for graduation. I'm absolutely going to get it tonight!
Thank you SO much for posting about this! I've been struggling with back acne for years, and had found the perfect solution. It was very similar to this one, and it was distributed by Natures Care, I believe. Anyway, of course a year or so they completely stopped selling it, and I ran out of my stock. I will definitely try this out!
