Okay, please don’t hate me. I mean, I’m seriously living in sandals, but I’ve already been lusting over the new Tory Burch boots. But at least it’s somewhat okay since we can title it Christmas in July. Right? Right.
I got a pair of Tory Burch riding boots when I was a freshman in college and they’re the best things in the world. Honestly, I think I wear them at least every other day during the fall and the winter. I get the soles replaced as needed (cobblestone streets in Georgetown are brutal!), but they’ve really held up over the years.
Last year, I got a black pair and again, they were happily added to my shoe rotation!
I love Tory boots for fall and early winter! The Sabe Bootie would be adorable with skinny jeans & dresses+tights looks. It's definitely weird even considering these kind of outfits right now, though! It was so hot and humid today! I wouldn't mind a sprinkling of snow for an hour or two to cool off while I celebrate Christmas in July with my new boots from Santa. Haha, if only… xo, Charlee Anne @ The Preppy Graduate
I am in love with the Juliet riding boot. I am seriously contemplating them but I cannot decide which color. I have a confession, last year was the first year I have ever purchased tall boots. I guess I thought I looked silly in them before. I purchased the Frye Melissa Button boot but later sold them because they were too "western" and not "preppy" enough for me. This year, I am planning on a pair of Tory Burch boots. Is the quality pretty good? I know you said you have both black and brown riding boots…which color do you find more versatile? I'm thinking of trying both the Juliet and the Kiernan. TIA!!!
I created a beautiful, custom silk photo album from @printique_by_adorama to remember my sweet dog Hamilton, who passed away earlier this year. Their layflat album captured the colors and details perfectly, making each photo feel so special. It’s a keepsake I’ll cherish forever, and I’m so grateful for the quality and love they put into every page. #printiquepartner
… and yet you must. This week has been the hardest yet. Pressure from work, pressure from myself, pressure from the world. The magnitude of reality feels too much and too heavy. Showing up for my children though when I can barely show up for myself.
We’ve noticed an improvement in Teddy’s vitality and digestion since switching to @primalpetfoods Kibble in the Raw! It’s the easiest way to give him the benefits of raw nutrition without losing the convenience of dry kibble since it’s freeze dried into bites and completely scoopable. You would never guess he’s 11 years old with these moves at the park! #primalpetfoodspartner #ad
In that final home stretch of 2024 and waffling between wanting to plan out every second of my day/week/month and needing to also just fly by the seat of my pants. Holding on for dear life and telling myself to just enjoy the ride 🤪
When the boys go down for bed, sometimes it feels akin to crossing the finish line of a marathon! With my @therabody Theragun Sense, now I’m able to unwind and relax from the #WorkoutCalledLife. With step-by-step prompts on an LCD screen (and accompanying app), the Theragun Sense guides you through different recoveries depending on what your goals are. Tonight, I’m prepping for restful sleep with a six-minute guided massage! #TherabodyPartner
Halloween 2024 was one for the memory books 🏈 Rory’s first Halloween!! Jack had a blast, Rory loved tagging along, and Mike and I couldn’t stop smiling 🤍 I don’t know how many years I’ll be able to convince the boys to coordinate their costumes so really taking advantage- I bought Jack’s football player costume (customized!) and sewed Rory’s football bubble myself (Jack asked if he could throw him, which was a resounding and firm, “no.”). Now time to raid Jack’s stash 😛
#AveenoPartner If your little one has eczema prone skin, try switching to @aveenous’s Baby Daily Care Wash during bath time to cleanse without drying out their skin. We also use Aveeno Baby Eczema Therapy Nighttime Moisturizing Body Balm before bed to intensely moisturize and help protect Rory’s skin from moisture loss! Not only does his skin feel and look healthier, he’s so much more comfortable too! You can buy both of these products today on Amazon!
Those Tory Burch boots are to die for! I am going to have to splurge on a pair come this fall.

Christine

The Juliet in black are to die for, it's killing me that they definitely aren't in my budget this year. So gorgeous.

Oh my goodness, I am lusting over the Juliet riding boots, but now that I'm living in California, I don't know if I would actually NEED them enough…
I love those boots! For my Christmas in July I would add this adorable Kate Spade bag I've been wanting for a while to my list! Great post!
