Dresses and summer go hand in hand. They’re the easiest things in the world to throw on… I have a handful of easy cotton dresses that sit in my closet just waiting for the crazed, hot summer mornings where I don’t know what to wear. (These button-back dresses are my favorite!)
Gap has some killer summer dresses right now, this chambray dress with adorable ties is my favorite of the bunch. Talk about easy, breezy. How cute would it be with little sneakers for a sporty look or classic Jacks.
I spotted a woman outside of Grand Central wearing this gingham dress. I’m normally not one to voluntarily speak to a stranger, but I just had to know where the dress was from. I was bracing myself for a response where the dress was bought like fifteen years ago and, therefore, totally unavailable in every possible way…. But it was recent! FROM BODEN! I’ve never bought something so quickly online before. No thinking twice for this dress, it’s a must. The navy gingham is so fresh and the full skirt makes it a total classic. I can’t wait for the dress to arrive!

This Boden dress is amazing it's so funny I saw a lady in the USA wearing the green one and in Europe we would dare asking but I had to and was surprised it was from our lovely british brand lol Thought it looked too american for the UK 🙂 However never got around to find my size online though in green 🙁
