VALENTINES FOR KIDS

Last year, when Jack was a whopping six months old, “he” sent out valentines to a few friends. These were his cousins and the kids of our friends. I bought little valentines from Minted and vintage sticker sheets from Etsy and mailed them all around the country! Maybe a little over the top, but it was such a fun little thing and I loved getting photos from my friends of their kids opening the cards and playing with the stickers.

We’re keeping the tradition alive this year. I purchased this design and kept it on “theme” with these sea animal stickers. My mom was always gave my sister and me little gifts on Valentine’s Day and I think I’m going to do the same for Jack, too. He’s really into lions (you should hear his “rawr!”) and playdoh + dinosaurs (again, you should hear his “rawr!”) so this stuffed lion and this playdoh set is topping my list for him…

PLUSH LION // YOU ARE AWESOME SAUCE CARDS // VALENTINE’S DAY APPLE SAUCE POUCH // CRAYON HEARTS

TEMPORARY TATOOS // HEART EARRINGS // DINO PLATE // MINI HEART TOTE

TONIEBOX // MAGNATILES // MONOGRAMMED BOW

PLAYDOH DINO SET // LITTLE BLUE TRUCK’S VALENTINE // “LOVE” PJs

I don’t know, maybe it’s a little much… but at the same time, I love taking the time to celebrate the little things!

These are so cute!! We do holiday baskets for the kids too! I have a 3 & 1 year old but love the tradition because it can grow with the kids — even once they’re in university there’s nothing like getting a fun package in the mail (with practical gift cards and treats haha). My son is also getting that little blue truck book! They’re so good, he got the Halloween one in his boo basket.
