I’m so sorry for the lack of post yesterday. We were having such a great Sunday that I just didn’t get it done. But we’re back to our regularly scheduled programming 😉
LAST WEEK’S WIN: We had the best time with our neighbors this weekend. (Hence the no blog post yesterday! Too much fun!) I got so sappy about it when Mike and I got home. We are so lucky– we love our neighborhood. When we moved here, we were the youngest couple and there were lots of kids but no toddlers/babies. We had a few great families move here the year after us and we have a gaggle of toddlers and babies now. This weekend reminded both Mike and me just how grateful we are to live here.
THIS WEEK’S GOAL: I have a few more holiday decorating tasks to complete and I just need to get it done. Honestly I had such a great stretch when doing the big bulk of the decorating and then ran out of steam. The last few things have been taunting me.

Hi Carly: I’m just curious if you’ll keep wearing that beautiful J Crew fair isle sweater past the holidays? I never know if that’s okay!
I love your sweater with boots outfit!!
Love these outfit posts! Your “last week’s win” got me thinking – how did you introduce yourself to or meet all your new neighbors? Would love to hear how you navigated that! Have loved your blog for years now and it’s so great to see how happy you are!
Do you guys have any plans to ever sell/move or do you think your house a long-term home?
OK I am starting to fall in love with that fuzzy pullover!!
