WHAT I BOUGHT ON AMAZON IN JANUARY

Wow, did anyone else feel like January was 45 days long?! At the same time, I also can’t believe my due date month is here, and I am so excited for the baby to arrive! I’ve been doing a bit of Amazon shopping to prep and wanted to share what I bought on Amazon in January.

10ft Chargers // I ordered a couple of extra chargers to add to my hospital bag. These were such a game changer when I was in the hospital with Jack! It honestly made me wonder how I lived without a long charger to begin with!

Baby Carrier Wrap // Being able to hold Jack as a baby and have my hands free was a huge sense of freedom! I purchased this carrier wrap to test out since it seems to have the best of both worlds of the Solly Wrap and Baby Bjorn. The reviews look really great, and I like that you don’t have to worry about wrapping or tying!

Tanks // These tank tops are my ride or die! I could not have survived this pregnancy wardrobe-wise without them. They’re perfect to wear under cardigans, sweatshirts, and on their own with PJ bottoms. They’re extra long, so they fit over bumps beautifully, even without being maternity.

Multi-Pack Onesies // There is nothing cuter than a baby in a simple white onesie and the Gerber ones are great. They wear well and wash well. And because they’re inexpensive, you don’t have to be super precious with them. More often than not, this is what Jack wore throughout the day and overnight as a newborn.

Scrub Daddy Sponges // These sponges are one of our kitchen essentials! They do an amazing job scrubbing and can be thrown in the dishwasher to clean.

Blue Sweatshirt // I have been adding some more comfy items into my loungewear wardrobe lately and couldn’t resist getting this light blue pullover under $35!

JoyCat Talking Flash Cards // I bought these “talking flashcards” because everyone seemed to rave about them. I have to admit that I was skeptical at first, but they turned out to be a HUGE hit. I took the cards off the ring to make it easier to handle them and Jack has been absolutely obsessed.

Mesh Zipper Pouch // I love using little zipper pouches to organize my bags, so I ordered a large set to organize my hospital bag before the baby arrives.

Floral Quilted Puffer // This quilted puffer is 10x cuter in person than I was expecting and only $40!

Sony Wireless Bluetooth Headphones // After searching for a pair of over-the-ear headphones, I landed on these. My main priority was comfort, and I wasn’t set on noise cancellation. These are very comfortable and fit well. They aren’t entirely noise-canceling, but they cancel out a good bit. For under $100, they’re fantastic quality, and they get bonus points for looking cute, ha!

Question on the tanks! Do they have enough support that you can wear them without a bra? Thanks!

I had the same idea as you about solly baby wrap + baby björn = ergobaby embrace, but I ended up exchanging it for a baby björn mini. My older son is a few days older than Jack, and the embrace didn’t give our newborn the head and neck support he needed while I was taking care of our toddler. I think the amazing reviews might come from parents of only children or of siblings with a much larger gap. The baby björn mini is even faster to put on and supported my younger newborn‘s head much better. Either way, can confirm no time for the solly baby with #2, as much as I loved it for #1 😂
