SPRING, IS THAT YOU?
Year after year, I struggle with what to wear in the month of March. It’s still pretty cold but we have some hints of spring here and there. It doesn’t help that by now I’ve cycled through my cute winter clothes a million times over and I’m just ready for a change! It doesn’t help to be tempted by all the retailers putting out their spring best.
So what do I typically do? Go back to the basics. (Well I’m not sure who I’m kidding, I feel like I always go for basics 😅.) My trench coat is one of my favorite staples, particularly in the springtime.
It’s finally getting to the point where I can brave some bare ankles. Excited to wear my Stubbs and Wootton collection all the time!!!! I might go so far as to base all my outfits around the shoes.

What do you do with the belt with your trench coat? For myself, I feel like I always struggle and it looks awkward belted

I came here to ask the same thing! I love a trench but the belt struggle is real! Would love to see a short tutorial, or discussion on solutions.

March weather can be hard to pinpoint! Sometimes it’s warm, sometimes it gets cold again. On sunny days it’s nice to get out trench coats and lighter jackets.
