HOLIDAY PARTY OUTFIT INSPIRATION

With the season for holiday parties in full swing, I wanted to share some fun and festive outfits you can wear to holiday events this year. I’ll take any chance to get a little dressed up and spend time with close friends, especially after last year’s lack of festivities. Although I have a pretty good stockpile of dresses, it’s fun to replenish now and then – or at the very least, window shop.

Three Holiday Party Outfits

Red Tartan Dress (under $50) // Black Wool Jacket // Black Clutch (under $100) // Burgundy Flats

You can’t go wrong with red for a holiday party. I love this red tartan dress paired with a black jacket and burgundy velvet flats for a fun holiday outfit. I’ve bought this jacket at the beginning of November and have been wearing it SO much. I even bought it in red, which would be perfect for a holiday party layered over a black dress.

Puff Sleeve Sweater // Satin Skirt (under $100) // Silver Clutch (under $15) // Pearl Earrings // Heeled Mules

I saw this sweater a few weeks ago while browsing online and have been waiting to find the right moment to share it. It feels very holiday party appropriate and would be such a fun piece to wear to an event. For a classy yet festive outfit, style this sweater with a black satin midi skirt, heeled mules, and a silver clutch (this one is under $15).

Tartan Mini Dress // Slingback Heels // Velvet Clutch // Black Tights // Bow Earrings

Another little tartan number because I have to take full advantage of the short window for one of my favorite prints! I’d style this dress with a pair of black tights and slingback heels. Accessorize with a black velvet clutch and statement earrings to make this outfit a little dressier. I’m particularly a fan of these gorgeous beaded black bow earrings.

Would love to see some breastfeeding friendly styles! Number 2 is cute and could be pulled up for nursing – I had my baby boy right after you and I’m struggling finding cute styles (for holidays and daily wear) that are also nursing friendly. I seem to live in my lulu aligns and an oversized button down. My other two kids would take a bottle so I had the option to pump, this one is a boob man only so easy access is key! With motherhood our life and style changes- it can be confusing but it is beautiful all the same.
