I thought this could be a fun new “series” of sorts to introduce to the blog. Obviously my job is… this. But that doesn’t mean that I’m not also a consumer! I scroll through Instagram, watch Youtube videos, and read (a lot) of blogs so I am often influenced myself. I just love seeing what people are into.

Okay here are some of the things I’ve recently been influenced to purchase:

BOW MULES

These bow mules have been my go-to “fun” pair of shoes this summer. My feet started getting sore pretty early in my pregnancy so I loved the option of a mule. Less containment = less chance of blisters.

GLASS STRAWS

I originally bought these for iced coffees and lattes at home, but lately I’ve been using them for smoothies which I simply can’t get enough of.

MICROBAN BATHROOM CLEANER

Kelly and I love sharing what chores we have on our plate with each other… We’re weird and both find motivation from it. (If I tell her I went through a junk drawer, she goes through her junk drawer… if she says she cleaned their grout? I’m cleaning my grout too.) She most recently influenced me to ship this overnight with Amazon Prime– I had to have it.

THE DEFINED DISH

My friend Melissa has been raving about this cookbook. Had to give it a try and so far, so good. It’s filled with healthy and filling recipes. I think I’m just a sucker for cookbooks though… I love flipping through them.

NEWTON CRIB MATTRESS

I kept seeing this crib mattress pop up everywhere. From Facebook ads to Youtube videos, and I went for it. We needed a crib anyway and the safety features of this one had me totally sold. And it’s washable, which feels like a solid bonus.

PAULA’S CHOICE SKIN PERFECTING 2% BHA LIQUID EXFOLIANT

Elsa swore by this skin perfecting liquid exfoliant and it is every bit amazing as she says it is! I only use it a couple of times a week and have noticed a big difference. It works almost overnight too– my skin always feels so smooth and looks so clear and even the next day.

MAXWELL & GERALDINE SMOCKED DRESS

After Mackenzie shared this brand, I quickly scooped a dress for myself! You know I’ve been all about everything smocked and I was excited to add a new silhouette into my closet.

DEWDROP RING

I haven’t actually purchased this yet… but I put it on my short list. And I think I might get it for myself for my birthday! I love the mix of pearl and diamond and how dainty it is.
