iPhone Snapshots

My iPhone camera roll is 95% photos of the dogs, but I found some gems on there while on the train yesterday. In no particular order:

Acorn Street in Beacon Hill is the cutest street probably ever. I loved this door because it had an acorn doorknocker!

All of our shoes with some of our apple bounty from Vermont!

The Boston Public Library is so gorgeous. I always stay at the Lenox Hotel when I visit Boston, and the library is right next door. So fun to pop in and people watch. I don’t know why, but this particular library view made me very nostalgic for exam studying and paper writing. It was quite the fleeting moment, though!

This house is exactly what I’d like in a house. It was so charming. (Although, true “behind the ‘gram story, I wanted to take a photo from the front, but the porch had no fewer than eight giant Amazon boxes sitting right on the porch. You can see the biggest one popping up over the mums!)

I went to a meeting last week, and this was the view from their driveway. No. Words. With the rain we had, I was surprised there were still leaves on the trees! Some are bare, but there was still great color to take in!

I checked into the Lenox Hotel with a personalized Boat and Tote, a monogrammed weekender (c/o), and my monogrammed Speedy. Might have been a little much!

I wore this yesterday while in NYC. My aunt and uncle are in town, so I met up with them for brunch and then hung out with Amy in Central Park. The trees are still so green there; it was surprising!

I tagged along with my friends and their nephews for the cutest fall festival in Ridgefield, Connecticut. Let me tell you; Ridgefield a super cute town. Dream town quality. I felt like I was on the set of Gilmore Girls.

pumpkin-patch

An amazing pumpkin patch in Ridgefield. Everyone was walking out with wagons full of pumpkins.

This is not the most flattering photo of me, but I had to share. I have the best dogs on the planet, and I’m saying this objectively. Look at those faces.

This was at the Scott Farm Orchard. I’d love to throw a party there!

My dream is to own a vintage Porsche at some point in my life. I can not drive a stick shift at all, but that seems beside the point. And I’d be happy to try to learn again if the right car came along. (I want a hunter green one, in case you’re wondering.) I spotted this one on the Upper East Side!

Whenever I go to brunch, I always have the savory versus sweet debate. The sweet tooth in me always wins. This waffle was delicious!!! And that was also the best cappuccino I’ve ever had.

Hope everyone’s having a great weekend!

Ahh these are so lovely! Often I think phone photos are all the more special as they tend to be less styled and more real. These are all so pretty, and such a great peek into your adventures!

I completely understand the nostalgia for writing papers (not as much for taking exams, though!)

This post just made me wish I was going to school in Boston, just so I can stay in that library. Also, since you moved to CT and have been posting gorgeous pictures of the outdoors, it made me realize that I need to move to somewhere like CT.

So fun to get a little recap and more of a story behind some of your instagrams! Also Hamilton and Teddy are the adorablest and I don’t care that that’s poor English. Ha! 😉

I love this kind of post! It was fun peeping in on your camera roll with a bit of dialogue.

I grew up in Ridgefield and it’s the best! I’m so happy you visited, you should come up for the Holiday Stroll (I think it’s usually the first or second weekend of December) where they have carolers, ice sculpting, and horse and carriage rides on Main Street!
